Raduna is a grave care registry app operated by Remedy Point Solutions, Inc. We built this app to help families remember and care for their loved ones. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
Phone number — used to create your account and verify your identity via SMS. Name (optional) — only if you choose to provide it. Grave records — names of the deceased, birth and death dates, cemetery location, and any notes you add. Photos — images you upload of graves or memorials. Location data — only when you use the map to place a grave marker. We do not track your location in the background.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: storing grave records, displaying them on a map, and letting you manage your memorials. We do not sell your data. We do not show you ads. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
Data Storage
Your account data and grave records are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Photos are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Third Parties
We use a small number of third-party services to run the app. Each receives only the data it needs: Supabase — authentication (via phone/SMS) and database hosting. Twilio — delivers SMS verification codes on behalf of Supabase. Mapbox — displays the map; Mapbox receives general map tile requests but not your personal data. Cloudflare — stores uploaded photos. Apple (App Store) — distributes the app, subject to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your Rights
Access — you can view all your data directly in the app. Delete — you can delete your account from within the app, which permanently removes your profile, all grave records, and all uploaded photos. Contact — you can email us at any time to ask questions or request changes to your data.
Children
Raduna is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update this page and the date above. We may also notify you in the app.
