These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raduna mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Remedy Point Solutions, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Raduna provides a grave care registry for finding, registering, and maintaining memorial records. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, memorial information, and notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as part of the Service. You must not upload content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Memorial data is private by default. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
